Dangerous Times for Cargo

I first reported on this issue a few weeks back.
After decades of cargo safety, a third cargo plane has crashed in as many weeks; this time in Puerto Rico.

Owners of the cargo could not be reached for comment but surely they are upset about untold number of undelivered deliverables.
This could be the excuse you use this week.
