Robot Frank had nothing to do with this. The fact that the costumes looked like Robot Frank was just a turn of events. This was the Robot Collective marching on Madison.
Unfortunately boing boing got it wrong as well. It was not done to support the TAA either. It was planned months before the TAA ever decided to go out on strike. That was also just a turn of events. It turned out quite well in the end, however.
