CB2.com is Macromedia's Site of the Day
A couple months ago, Element helped Carlos, Jamie and Co. over at Crate and Barrel with their new site CB2.com. Today, it's featured at Macromedia. How cool is that?

Okay, I have a question. We had bid on this job-obviously they passed us over. Anyhow, CB2 wanted to dynamically load images into the SWF, so the web folks would not have to open Flash Authoring enviroment to update the web site. This is easy enough in Flash MX with it's ability to load JPEGs on the fly, but the catch was they required that the site be Flash 5. My only suggestion was to make all the external images SWFs instead of JPEGs or shoot for Player 6 as the requirement. They weren't very impressed with my explanation and now I'm living in a cardboard box behind a Long John Silvers dumpster.
