Sightseers trying to enjoy a Chicago Architecture Foundation river tour Sunday afternoon discovered the true meaning of poop deck when they were splattered by raw sewage dumped from a tour bus on the Kinzie Street Bridge.

When I last took this tour with some relatives from Ireland, it was raining so we brought umbrellas. Although it stopped raining on the tour we noticed this was precisely where to use them. Gee your hair smells like car drippings!
